has anyone else started to get timewasters when selling stuff? the skate collectors community has always been great with serious buyers/collectors but over the last 6 months ive had several timewasters on ebay,i presume these are just folk wanting to complete a childhood set up or something and not proper collectors as such, ive had 3 different ones saying they will definately buy items but then throw in the "ill have to wait for payday" or "im working out the country but will be in touch as soon as im home" or send stupid questions like is it original or a reissue, even though its obvious from the pics and description! hopefully this isnt a sign of things to come

I have had a few non paying bidders/ winners on eBay recently, nothing major may be sales at £20 or so but you can’t even leave negative feedback these days if some one fxxks you over

Yes eBay is not what it was , a massive amount of businesses have packed up on there , we did , it just wasn’t worth it , businesses pay about 18% in fees selling and loads of people just send stuff back now whoch you lose the postage you incurred posting it , it’s ok to buy off but to sell off it’s hardly worth bothering , I’ve never looked at the other platforms vinted etc but I think they have took over
